I spent years myself reading one more blog post, reading one more book, watching one more video....
Waiting for the secret formula that would help my clients grow.
The truth is many times the growth of my client's business was outside of my control as a paid media manager.
This led me to search for more effective answers and more ways to help.
What I've found in my search is that every element of the business impacts the other.
Marketing is integrated into the entire business, not just one segmented section.
By boxing marketing in, we create a limited box and limited room for the business to grow.
In order to be the most effective, we have to look at it with new eyes.
Viewing marketing from a broader perspective means:
This takes patience and understanding.
And not only from marketers, but from business owners as well.
Marketing is such an important aspect of the business.
After all, there are only two functions of a business, innovation and marketing.
It is time we started treating this art with more respect, patience, and thought.
